- Then add masalas…like salt,turmeric and red chilli powder….in it and stir well. Also add onion, cabbage,capsicum and saute it.Cook it well.Add paneer pieces also..
- Now add red chilli sauce n green chilli sauce and stir the mixture.Also add tomato sauce &chopped coriander. Mix well n switch off the gas.
- Now take one portion of the dough and roll it like thin chapati with the help of pin & ataman.Grease it with oil.
- Then fold it as shown in the picture. Do same with all the portion (lua)
- Again roll it…like chapati.Then roast the chapati on both the sides by greasing butter.
- Make all the chapatis as shown in the picture. Then take one of it and spread some sechzwan chutney on it.Stuff the filling as shown in the pic..Sprinkle some cheese.
