  1. Heat a kadai, add a tsp of ghee to it. Then add sauf to it. Let it splutter, then chopped tomatoes to it. Cover the pan & cook it over a low flame until it becomes soft.

  4. Cover the pan and cook it for 3 to 4 mins more. Then add maida & water mixture to it. And cook for 2 to 3 mins. more. Then switch off the flame.
  5. Let it come to room temperature then have it as it is or you can have it after having a pure Bengali feast.
