Process Cooking Spinach Walnut Momos

  1. For filling keep ready all ingredients. In a bowl rake all ingredients & mix well. Keep it aside.
  2. For chutney take 2 blanched tomato in a blender. Add all ingredients except cornflour & vinegar. Blend it well to make smooth chutney. Now heat oil in a pan & add this chutney. Now add vinegar & cornflour(dissolved in water) to it. Cook 2 min till it thickens.
  3. For covering : first blanched spinach in boiling water. Then keep it in ice cold water to retain its colour. After cooling make a smooth puree of it in a blender. Now in a pan take water,salt & spinach puree. When bubbling starts add flour to it. Mix it well and switch off the flame. Now on kitchen counter make a soft dough of it. Let it rest for 20 min.
  4. Make small balls of it & roll to a small disc. Keep stuffing in the center and give shape of your choice or as shown.
